Urandir Fernandes de Oliveira founded the Dakila Association and the Zigurats community in Corguinho, Mato Grosso do Sul. Zigurats is a condominium planned by Urandir and his collaborators, which presents itself as an ecosystem with several companies and activities aimed at science, technology, and innovation.

The Zigurats Condominium is an ambitious project that combines cutting-edge technology and sustainability. It was designed to be self-sufficient and prepared for the challenges of the future.

Currently, Zigurats is considered a tourist destination in the region. It has unique buildings, an astronomical observatory, and models studying the shape of the Earth. The city is also part of the Latin American Federation of Tourist Cities.

“We've created more than just a housing complex,” Urandir explains. “Zigurats is an ecosystem that houses technology companies, an astronomical observatory, research centers, and much more. Our vision is for Zigurats to serve as a global model for sustainable and innovative living.”

Urandir also emphasizes that Zigurats is a place where new ideas can be explored, revolutionary technologies can be developed, and a society that is more harmonious with the planet can be created. “We firmly believe that Zigurats is not just a place, but the future we all aspire to.”
